Positive: Lots of space.
Negative: Power went out Christmas Eve. No generator and we were not allowed to use the fireplace. Had elderly parents. Had to relocate for half the day. Temperatures in the 20s. They can’t control the weather, however, they can provide some solutions. Then, later in the afternoon, on Christmas Eve, someone showed up claiming to be responding to a water problem. We didn’t have a water problem. They requested entry with my family in the house to inspect. Very strange. Will likely go with another rental company going forward.
Summary: Glad I lived close to the location.
