Summary: Beautiful hotel! The front desk staff were incredible! Every employee we encountered from the housekeeping staff to the bartender to the shuttle driver were all top tier! Super convenient to the tram and super clean and safe!

Summary: It’s the best experience we’ve had in a hotel.they noticed it was my daughter’s birthday and they made sure she had an amazing time. Booking a great restaurant. Providing a cake to the room. I was moved by the staff effort.

Summary: The hotel is great. Definitely stay here if you are in Geneva on a conference. The only complaint is that the waiters at the restaurant are very European, the service is slow, they don’t smile, and they don’t real care about you

Summary: AC didn't work in the room and the staff was unable to solve this. The solution would have been to open the window to the street in January. I can't recommend the experience.
