Summary: Absolutely fantastic hotel, food, staff, location, accomodation, everything was brilliant, would go back in a heartbeat. If you're driving the parking is free and right on the doorstep, the breakfast buffet is extremely diverse and all of excellent quality and the dinners equally delicious.

Summary: This property is a true gem. From the second you walk in, you are delighted by the beautiful decor and the lovely family that own and manage the hotel. Every detail is perfection. The included breakfast is beyond all expectations and the dinners are absolutely fabulous. The spa is one of the most stunning spas I have ever seen. This property is truly special, I can’t wait to go back.

Summary: Amazing place to stay. I highly recommend this gorgeous traditional hotel. Fabulous food and service and very reasonable. The spa area was divine. Room and bed very comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Summary: I would highly recommend this hotel the service was excellent, It had a great restaurant and spa! Plus if you ski, it was only two or three minutes walking from the gondola.

Summary: The hotel is warm and cozy and the family that runs it went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the spa took our breath away. Definitely stay here

Summary: We unfortunately arrived late at 20:30 but were immediately accommodated in the Restaurant for Dinner. We were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite which was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with an immense choice of quality food. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Summary: Booked Genzianella as a special treat for our last 4 days of a 3 week holiday in Italy and it was exactly that.... Superb! Beautiful hotel, excellent owners and staff, most relaxing. The whole place lovely clean, tidy and well equipped, I wish I had a bike room like that at home. Food was crackin’, Breakfasts set us up for the day. Hope to be back again soon.
