Positive: The owner is a communicative, direct person, and I enjoyed speaking with her each day. The place is not far from things to do in town, but it is in a neighborhood that is quite local and calm instead of being touristy. I love historic buildings, and this is quite an old one.
Negative: Just be aware that there is little light in the room and it's a slightly inconvenient location if you have heavy bags with you.

Positive: Absolutely lovely host who was friendly and accommodating. the pub is in a Convenient location and so easy to find/get to - there is literally a bus-stop outside the door and the tram stop is less than 10 minutes walk away (can always get the bus to the tram stop as well). lovely big room, was a bit hot, but the Host had a fan on hand (and a heater for when its colder times) and worked out well.
Negative: the shared bathroom. I am personally not a fan of sharing bathrooms and I was not aware that that was the situation. The bathroom was clean enough, but still....
Summary: It was good and would recommend others looking for a nice clean bargain option stay in Lux.

Negative: I could clearly hear noise from other guests, which made it hard to relax sometimes. Also, although the room description mentioned a garden view, I was given an attic room with a small window and no view.

Positive: Very interesting old building with a pub on the ground floor and rooms on the attic floor. The room is large with a comfortable bed and a sofa. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a small refrigerator, but no table. There is a kettle in the common area. The hostess is very friendly. There is a cat in the house. The city center is 10 minutes by bus.
Negative: The room can become quite hot and stuffy if it is sunny outside. The shower is shared, its cleanliness depends very much on the neighbors. Call before checking in, there may be no one at the location.

Negative: My room was on the roof, it was dark, the window was high up and very small.The bed was not very comfortable, my pillow was very high and uncomfortable, I asked the woman from the staff, she told me there were no other pillows and I wrapped myself in a blanket.
