Summary: Property was clean and nice, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet and pleasant area.

Summary: I cannot in good faith give any more than 2 stars for our stay here. There were some very basic expectations that were not met, and the owner made no attempt to correct them. 1. No soap, no shampoo in the entire house. After arriving and unpacking, I went to take a shower. I noticed there was a soap and shampoo dispenser attached inside the shower. After getting into the shower, I realized the dispenser was completely empty, and I could not find any soap, shampoo, or a simple wash cloth anywhere in the house. I sent a message to the owner and they responded by saying due to COVID, they did not supply soap. Does that make any sense to you? So I put my clothes back on and made the 20 minute round trip to the grocery store to buy soap and shampoo. Not a great first impression. 2. The beds were all dirty, and only the master bed had sheets. There were literally black hairs all over the beds. Let me repeat this - the beds were filthy and there were no sheets in the entire house! This was disgusting. 3. The lights in the bedrooms turned on and off at random times. We think there is a electrical shortage somewhere, or the little wireless remote control in one bedroom somehow controls all the lights in the bedrooms. 4. The internet speed is so slow, we tried to watch a movie and it froze every 20 seconds. The cell phone network is faster - the WiFi is worthless. 5. All the closets were empty - there was nothing extra of anything - no extra pillows, no extra sheets, no blankets.

Summary: The open floor plan for the kitchen/dining/living rooms was perfect for a family holiday weekend. Plenty of beds for all, and lots of space outside to roam around. Privacy of the location is a big plus.

Summary: Great location if you want solitude just 5 minutes outside of Georgetown, TX. Self Check-in & out was easy. Nice home with very comfy memory foam beds, large kitchen, dining and great room! Big screen Smart TV - great to watch movies & play video games. Several good surprises were two coffee pots - drip & Keurig, and lots of outdoor furniture not shown in the pictures. There are two 4 chair patio tables, 3 chase lounge chairs & faux wicker patio set with 2 love seats, 4 chairs and 2 tables. Many plants, trees & flowers. A lot to love about this place. We'd stay here again for sure.

Summary: The house was just like it was advertised.. it was a great size for our group… I think this may be a fairly new listing and so a few tips for future reservations would be to have a few more towels in the bathrooms such as washcloths and hand towels… in other VRBO properties that we’ve stayed in there has usually been a sign in book just to give a little personal review for the owner that stays with the house and also instructions posted on what needs to happen when we check out would be handy as well. Also getting instructions on how to check in the morning of reservation rather than just a couple of hours before arrival. And one final thing that happened during our stay was we could not figure out dishwasher. Didn’t know if it wasn’t working or not so we hand washed everything. Just easier to handle ourselves. May need instructions on how to start it. Those details would be awesome to make this a perfect rental. Thank you Kelly W.

Summary: Loved the house, loved the country but not too far from town stay. Interior of house was very clean upon arrival. We had 10 people- 7 adults and 3 kids. Worked out perfectly for our family.
