Summary: We just got back from a fantastic weekend at Georgian Bay Trail Cottage. Prior to our arrival, the owners were quick to respond to our questions and provided very clear information about the cottage and easy access info for our arrival. When we arrived, we noticed right away that the cottage was exceptionally clean and tidy. There was a welcome gift and hand written note for us, which was a true surprise! I don't believe we have ever received anything quite like that. It was very appreciated! The kitchen is large and well labeled and stocked. We like to cook and there was no shortage of cookware or utensils. They have thought of everything! The living room is comfortable and we enjoyed the extra touches, like the cozy blankets and games provided. All three bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable! The hot tub was very clean and ready to go when we arrived and already set to 104 degrees. A very welcome way to relax after our drive! A nice, large and private backyard as we enjoyed our time together. This was a great location to stroll down to the water, or walk over for a timmies or ice cream (all within a 10 minute walk). We brought our bikes and toured the Georgian Bay Trail, a great paved path along the Georgian Bay shoreline. We also enjoyed the short drive over to Midland for lunch (tacos at Zancas are amazing) and rented canoes/kayaks at Swift. There's still more we want to explore in this area, and we know exactly where we'll stay when we come back! :)

Summary: We had a great time at this beautiful, well-equipped cottage. Steve even accommodated a special request that we had without charging extra! The king-size bed has a very comfortable mattress. The hot tub is a little small for a five-person tub compared to some, but still wonderful on a cold night. It was already at 104F when we arrived! We will definitely consider staying there again.

Summary: We were able to have the best and most rewarding girls trip in Steve and AnnMarie's beautiful accommodations. The space was perfect for the 3 of us, the kitchen was extensively stocked with spices, tools, and condiments, they even gifted us a lovely bottle of wine! There were plenty of extra blankets, linen and hygiene products in case we forgot anything. The property is extremely well managed and the walk to the beach front was very accessible. Summary: My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful time celebrating our anniversary with a stay at this cottage! The hosts were fantastic - responded quickly, provided all the necessary information, and they went above and beyond. When we arrived they had gifted us some treats to enjoy and a lovely handwritten note! The home is beautiful: the fireplace and the hot tub are amazing, everything is so clean and cozy, and all the necessities are provided (extra towels, kitchen staples, etc). The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed walking along the Georgian Bay Trail, that you can access only a 10 minute walk from the house. We went for dinner at a restaurant in town (there are more options than I was expecting for a small town!) and if we had stayed longer, it seemed like there was lots to explore in town. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we definitely will be booking this property again!

Summary: This cottage was exactly what we were looking for! 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, fireplace, streaming services, and a fire pit! The kitchen had everything we needed and all cupboards were labeled making it easy to find things and put them away again. The beds were very comfortable, we all agreed that we had a great sleep both nights because of how comfy the beds were. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond when i had questions or needed assistance. Prior to arrival they sent suggestions for the halloween activities going on in the area and at check in we noticed a welcome bowl with halloween goodie bags that had candy and chocolates. Everything about this cottage is thoughtful and intentional. All we had to do was enjoy! I highly recommended this cottage and would certainly come back!
