Negative: I had to request to open the heater in the room, bathroom and open hot water as it was 5deg outside and they had switched it off. Room was not cleaned during the day as you expect for a hotel. Not possible to have breakfast at all (small restaurant opens only at 10 am).

Positive: Room is spacious neat and clean, good airconditioning. Location is near city centre, central market. Accessible to local transportation, groceries and fastfood chain. Staff and manager are very accommodating.

Summary: Definitely will stay again once in Kutaisi.
