Positive: The apartment was very well equipped - we had everything we needed - two bedroms, washing machine kitchen supplies, air conditioning, etc. The hosts - Hercules and his wife were so hospitable and polite. Yes, they don't speak English, but they tried as much as possible to show us everything we need. As a compliment the gave us their homemade honey. For the kids - two children tea cups. The fridge was huge and full with water, again as a compliment. I cannot thank them enough! The garden is great with a nice swimming pool. The beach is sandy and is not more than 200m away - very clean and quiet - great for kids. 700 to 1 km North is the Gerakini center with restaurants and shops. 2-3 km South is Psakudia again with lots of good beaches, bars and stores. We really had a great time and would like to thank our hosts, once again! We recommend this apartment for a good family vacation.

Negative: Have in mind it was just a bad luck - lots of construction works on the street near the building, they were making new sidewalks and it was noisy in a strange hours during the day. They stopped the water in the first two days due to some emergency situations. Our host was engaged to be sure they will fix it quickly. The apartment is really nice, just have in mind the stairs towards it. It is hard for disabled people, not appropriate. There weren't any stores and restaurants neaby - the closest was 700-800 meters. The beach is great but without any WC or trash containers, which was a problem.

Positive: The apartment is located just a short 2–3 minute walk from the beach, situated on the third row from the sea. While you do need to bring your own umbrella for the beach, the proximity makes it easy and convenient to enjoy the seaside. The apartment itself is spacious, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and three terraces — one of which offers a truly beautiful view. It is exceptionally well-equipped, with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of homemade honey and jam left by the hosts, there were also water and ice in the fridge. Parking is available right under a large olive tree, keeping the car nicely shaded throughout the day.

Negative: There were a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. At times, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, which made showering difficult. The double bed in one of the bedrooms was too short for my husband, who is 190 cm tall, and the apartment had only one air conditioner located in the living room — the bedrooms had large fans, but cooling was limited during hotter nights. The space felt very personalized, with many personal belongings around, which gave us the impression we were staying in someone’s private home rather than a dedicated rental. The second bedroom also contained toys, which may not be suitable for guests with allergies or older children, such as our teenage son. Lastly, communication was a bit challenging due to the language barrier, and the check-in process took around 30 minutes, which could be optimized for future guests.

Positive: This property should be a role model for others. The owner thought of everything, I had never seen a better-equipped apartment, especially not in Greece. Everything you can imagine was included in the apartment.

Negative: The only thing that can be improved is the bed mattresses. Too hard for my taste, it is a personal opinion.

Summary: Great place, good value for money.
