Positive: What a fantastic property. I was just what we needed. The unit is set above the main house and has its own upstairs section so everyone has their own privacy. Two bedrooms (one with an attached children's room) are set on the main level with the kitchen and lounge and then it has an additional two bedrooms upstairs. Full equipped with all you may need. Hosts were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us esp. when our car broke down.

Negative: It did not bother us but it is important to note that the garden is shared with the owners private home and not accessible directly from the rental unit itself but rather from the driveway and down the side of the house. However it is a most beautiful garden and has great seating and eating areas.

Summary: Just what we needed to catch up with friends and some good family time.

Positive: Very friendly, kind and helpful owners. Lock up space for bikes. Plenty of space in the house. Our grandchildren enjoyed a lovely Easter Egg Hunt in the garden. Excellent centre for exploring the Vlaamse Ardennen on bikes and Brussels, Gent and Bruges.

Negative: No wash-hand basins in the loos.
