Summary: We had five couples stay here for a Bible study weekend getaway. This was the perfect location to disconnect and enjoy a weekend together. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We will certainly be back.

Summary: This is our 3rd year staying at this property. It's a spacious house that can accommodate our large group. The yard is a great size for running around and outdoor games and everyone loves being in the water all day. It's far from a lot of convinces which can make it a little tricky if you run out of basics but if you plan ahead it's a nice escape from reality!

Summary: We loved our weekend. We are from rural Iowa and are used to things like well water, remoteness, and entertaining ourselves. We did have some issues with getting enough hot water for showers and had to really space things out for the heater to stay caught up. Due to the extremely dry weather, we opted against swimming and the fire pit, but still enjoyed fishing and kayaking/canoeing. We enjoyed the large yard for playing games and generally loved the peacefulness of the remote area. The home is beautiful and set up well for large groups as far as utensils/dishes/towels/sleeping. Thanks for the relaxing weekend!

Summary: We absolutely loved this property and home. It was perfect for celebrating my parents 60th birthdays. With family in Illinois and Missouri it was perfect meet up location. There was plenty of space for everyone to run, play, relax and sleep. I communicated with Amy leading up to our trip and she was very kind and helpful. We all (18 of us) agreed that we would love to meet up here again for another family trip!

Summary: This is our second time staying here. It's hard to find a lot of houses that can accommodate a group of 20+ people! This one works great for us. There is plenty of indoor space so you never feel like you're on top of each other and both the kids and adults love being able to be in the water all day. Works for all ages and is definitely someplace we'll come back to.

Summary: We loved the house and small lake on the property. It was the perfect size for our large family of 12. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. We spent the days kayaking and canoeing the lake and just floating around in the water. The guys and kids loved fishing, they would catch and release all day long.
