Summary: Loved our stay at this cottage on Sawyer Lake. AC works perfectly. Saw loons on the lake. Beaches were almost empty during the week! Cottage is 5 minute walk from beach 6, which has the best shade. Very quiet, and private, other cottages aren’t in close proximity. Walmart close by for groceries. Loved the 3 season porch. Everyone we met at the beaches were very nice. Loved having a place to bring our dog. One story level. Plenty of towels AND beach towels provided. Very comfortable beach chairs provided. On a corner of a very quiet street. OLIGO water quality for the lake, which is the best. Loved the floating docks.

Summary: Michael was wonderful. He took extra time to be sure there was no ice for us abs he stocked the frig with drinks. Beds were warm and cozy. Great few days skiing!

Summary: This was a weekend getaway to attend a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and to enjoy a day swimming at the lake. The home was exactly as described and was very well supplied with all the kitchen items you could need and plenty of towels for the beach. The home is in a remote neighborhood, yet only 25 minutes to Weirs Beach. Speaking of beaches there are 6 to choose from on this beautiful lake. Mike is a GREAT host and was always available to answer any questions. This is a great property! I can see why it books quickly! We will definitely consider staying again.
