The Bailey Cottage is within Riverdale Village and is a rustic but warm and cozy home to get away and relax for a few days or maybe longer. The Bailey Cottage backs up to Pike National Forest.
We want to let you know that keeping the cottage clean and sanitary is a high priority. Great effort is made to ensure that the cottage is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Your comfort and health is important to us. Our goal is to provide you a place to relax and enjoy your time away.

Summary: House had all the comforts of home. Centrally located for all the day trips we went on. Rode over 800 miles in 3 1/2 days on our motorcycles. Highly recommend, beautiful area!!

Summary: The Bailey Cottage was a perfect place for our family to stay while in the Bailey area for a wedding. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated, great showers! There was plenty of room to gather/socialize and sleep! We had 5 adults and a 1 year old… there were lots of beds leftover! There were thoughtful amenities including coffee pods, extra soap, shampoo and tooth brushes in case you forgot anything, I would recommend this property for anyone staying in this beautiful area of Colorado!

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding for the weekend. The temperature on Saturday was 40 and rainy but there were plenty of games to entertain 5 kids. On Sunday, they went swimming in the heated outdoor pool. That was a wonderful surprise! The property manager was wonderful. We had no complaints!

Summary: Comfortable, spacious home. Everything we needed, aside from a corkscrew. Wonderful grounds...play area for kids, even bikes to borrow...great pool, fishing pond, and a beautiful rushing river/creek(?) adjacent to the property. We loved our stay...very peaceful!

Summary: House was clean and plenty of room for two families. Very close to 285 so road traffic was the only complaint as you don’t really get that “mountain vibe”
