Centrally located in Ingleside, Tx between Portland and Port Aransas. Perfect location for coming in town to work at nearby plants or getting some beach time. Room for your boat or big trucks too.
** Absolutely no animals allowed due to the proximity of the adjoining units.
The space
Located near downtown Ingleside, which is about 15 minutes from the ferry. This is a 3 bed, 2 bath unit that is part of a triplex, so this is Not a per friendly place. All entrances are completely separate from the other units though. The exterior is not attractive, please don't judge this book by the cover. If you like the spaciousness and price, you will find that the siding doesn't matter.
The unit is not pretty on the outside but the inside is comfortable and you’ll feel more at home than a hotel and won’t be interacting with people sharing the kitchen. Safe, quiet area where you won’t have to worry about your vehicle overnight or while you’re in the beach.
Guest access
This building is designed as a triplex but each unit has its own entrance. This particular unit has brand new beds, brand new furniture, and a HD TV loaded with a fire stick with all the apps for your TV and movie evenings.
Other things to note
We are 9 miles from the ferry, approx. a 15 min drive. Also a 15 min drive to Rockport. A good 25 min drive to North Beach. For your best beach experience I'd recommend you check out the city visitor center.
The TV is equipped with a FireStick, you’ll use your own login credentials to operate it.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time! The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are great! Remember to open the windows if you are cooking bacon or anything a little smoky! Love that the house is close to an HEB and super close to the beach! Very quiet area!

Summary: First, I must commend the cleaning crew. The property was very clean! The property is just as described. The price fits the property perfectly. Location was very central to Corpus and Port Aransas. It was very roomy for my family of 5. It had the basic essentials. There was no washer but if you need to wash there is a laundromat 3 min away. The car wash and heb were also 3 min away.

Summary: Our family of six had a wonderful stay and were able to enjoy the Padre Island National Seashore, Texas State Aquarium, and Mustang Island State Park for fishing and swimming. Be sure to try the amazing Cuban restaurant a block away!

Summary: everything was great. would like a little better communication as wifi was done for majority of the time also would of liked to have a washer and dryer to use. other than that it was a great experience. will def rent again in the future

Summary: Property was clean and spacious, however, the bed in the master bedroom was small, warn to fit one person, and uncomfortable for two people. If it rains, be expected to wade through a foot or more of water getting from the front door and parking space.
