Positive: the house was beautiful and spacious

Negative: It was cold during our stay. Theres only one aircon in the house, which meant we could not heat the all the rooms up. There was a gas heater, however it had no GAS so we could not turn it on. We looked for extra blankets, found a wardrobe with blankets inside which were stinking. We later found out that those blankets were used for their dogs. Would have been nice if they labeled that wardrobe as "dog blankets" Needless to say, we did not have sufficient blankets during our stay. We also acknowledge that this was self-catering and a R500 charge for cleaning and electricity is taken is taken upfront, however there is no cleaning done during your stay. The unit is rated 4 star, so would expect toiletries in the bathrooms.
