Summary: Apartment has been recently remodeled with all new finishes with a comfortable bed. If you plan to do cooking to any degree the kitchen pots/pans are on the limited side. One drawback, the pool that is right outside your front door is not heated. Overall stay was good.

Summary: Is as seen on line. Nice Pool , comfortable bed, new paint , the owner has put a lot into keeping it up. The only thing is washer and dryer are in common area. The bathroom is updated. You have your own parking at your back door and it's free parking. The beach is about a 20 minute drive. Unit is on the first floor easy in and out, The back of the Hollywood court house is in front of you so plenty of police around. We had a wonderful 3 weeks ! We would for sure rent here again. The owner took all calls text and come by to make sure everything was ok. MS Gold is very sweet and kind !! So glad we had the chance to meet with her.Hope to return next year.
