Positive: Excellent position in the city centre, very big and spacious apartment
Negative: there's a parking underground the flat but it's really small even for a little car, quite difficult to enter the gate

Negative: 1. Renter said that there is a TV. It was pictured in the ad but no TV. 2. The AC was not working at all. This was the main reason we chose this property. 3. Make sure you have a tiny car. They don't tell you how narrow it is until the day before you check in. 4. Internet access password given was incorrect. 5. A few of the light switches do not work. Kitchen lights never worked. I direct messaged the owner through the app. He did resolve the internet password. He said the AC was working and gave no option to fix it. I went and bought new batteries to power the dead control panel, but it still didnt work. He ignored my other 7+ messages. Overall, since it was just 1 night, we delta with the inconvenience. The only plus is the location and plenty of room.
Summary: Liked the location but owner never resolved multiple problems and ignored my texts.

Positive: Great location and large apartment. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was good. Right in the middle of the city, parking was available for 20 euros per night.
Negative: Shower pressure was a little low.

Positive: Huge rooms, fantastic location, great communication prior to the stay. There was a lift that really helped with luggage. Faultless!
Negative: The lights in the entrance were not always on or activated by movement so when entering the downstairs building or the floor of the apartment, it was dark until you were able to get to the light switches.

Positive: Very central location, very easy to walk to everywhere needed. Spacious apartment. Beds v comfortable and bed linen was lovely.
Negative: Info about getting to apartment, say nav took us a bit short, and the road you drive down looks like pedestrian area, getting into garage is very tight! Lighting poor in area outside door, hard to see your way in. We said on a Friday night and street very noisy. We didn’t use kitchen so can’t comment.

Positive: The location, being in the center we could find restos, shops, supermarkets, tourist attractions nearby, within walking distance. The apartment itself was beautiful with many art objects like paintings, vases etc.
Negative: The facility, we got 3 bedrooms, one connected with kitchen, one with big dining table and seemed more like office with photocopy machine, white board etc. Only one room was suitable for sleeping. And no wardrobe facility in all rooms, not even hangers. Also no living room except if we use one of the bedroom for gathering. The apartment may be suitable for group of friends, but not for family with small children, since several paintings were inappopriate and many of art items are fragile.
