Positive: I love the Ghion. It’s an old style hotel in a great location with a beautiful garden setting. It is spacious. The staff were mostly very kind and helpful. The traditional resturant is great and it has a jazz club on the grounds and a great cafe within the grounds that overlooks the garden.

Negative: It did not deliver what it advertised. We booked a family deluxe room which supposedly had so many facilities that were not there like cofffe making facilities, microwave (we had a baby with us and needed to heat up food). The hot water was mostly Luke warm and there was no heating. We were there in a particularly cold time of the year.
