Summary: I’d rate it 5 stars but there was a party at the pool with music playing loudly. When I called down to the front desk to inquire when the music will stop they said midnight. The desk clerk also said I wasn’t the only one complaining about it. Also the restaurant was closed for the same party which forced us to leave to find dinner. It wasn’t a welcoming thought since it took us 7 hours to drive to the hotel. However we did find a pizzeria close by which was delicious and fun. My recommendation is to request a room which faces the parking lot to avoid any parties that may be planned.

Summary: I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel just outside of Vicenza in the Vicentina Alta zone. I've stayed at many other hotels in the area and was always a bit let-down. They had a beautiful spa, well-equipped gym, tasty restaurant and my Junior Suite was large and comfy with a spacious bathroom which is not common in Italy

Summary: The breakfast is not adequate for a 4-star hotel due to the limited selection. E.g. there are no breadrolls at all, and no hard- or soft-boiled eggs. What is available is good quality, though. Noise is a big problem some nights. I consider some noise from guest activity normal at every hotel, but this hotel is a party location. On two of the four nights we stayed there were parties going on at the pool with loud DJ music until midnight. It basically enters the room almost unhindered, sleeping is impossible. The staff was not interested in helping, they just acknowledged our complaint. On the plus side, the rooms are big, modern, and clean. The pool is nice with plenty of space available. Sufficient parking available.
