HOME LOCATION
This property is centrally located on 44th Street North of Newport Pier. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- No Patio Access after 10 pm

Summary: Had a group of 7 for a work meeting at this property. The house was perfect for our size, everyone had their own room. A block from the beach and walking distance to the bar/dining area in Newport. Property was clean and neat, well-stocked with all kitchen utensils and needs to make the stay comfortable and productive. We really enjoyed the roll-up door at the front of the property as well as the front patio. The owner was responsive to all of our my questions and easy to get in touch with. Tower 17 Property Management handled our check-in; Lori was great to deal with and quick to respond to my phone calls and questions. On my list of houses to rent again!

Summary: An amazing location and a great family vacation spot during the week. In addition to spending time at the beach, we went to the nearby park, went paddle boarding in the marina area and had lunch and ice cream at lido village. Road noise at night was high in case you are sensitive to that but otherwise it was an excellent rental. Highly recommend and would go back.

Summary: We had a great time. Location was perfect. Paddleboarders in our group were happy because the SUP loading area was great!!! Loved the park and surfers in our group were also very happy. Our group was 12 with ages 2-50 and it was plenty big… great bedroom to bathroom ratio.
