Positive: The lounge and bedrooms were very nice and spacious, washing/drying machine was good to have as well as an outdoor clothes line.

Negative: The kitchen could do with a good clean. The fridge didn’t look too appealing with stuff spilt in the freezer section and completely iced up. We had to defrost for hours before we could fit our freezer blocks in. The fridge seals were very dirty and full of crumbs etc. The front door and entry mat were very dirty and we swept out as soon as we arrived. The Venetian blind was very, very dusty and we cleaned one of the cupboard tops. Overall the kitchen needed a good spring clean.

Summary: Lounge and bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen needed a good clean.

Positive: This property was very clean but tired. There was plenty of rooms to sleep and very close to our dinner venue. The fire was a welcome addition as it was cold and raining.

Negative: I had booked this property because it had two bathrooms but unfortunately one was unusable due to it being put of service so that was a bit disappointing, we still had three toilets to use but only one shower for our group of six.

Summary: It's just like grandma’s house, old but has charm
