Negative: The room needed more attention to detail as far as cleanliness. We found hair in the tub, sink, and windowsill obviously from the previous guest It seems that housekeeping over looked wiping these areas. Additionally there was permanent marker stains on the underside of one of the covers (this should be replaced). When we checked in we were told that this was one of the most "popular and frequently reserved" rooms. If the room is being turned over for guests so frequently, then care should be provided to make sure they are clean.
Summary: Frequently turned over room needs better cleanings.

Negative: The amenities fee did not make sense since we didn’t even use the amenities at all. And we didn’t know about the fee until check out.
