Positive: The host was super nice: accommodating, responsive and friendly. She is also fluent in English. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and it also had a laundry machine . The place is also in a good location; I could easily travel with bus and RER B, and it is close to both the Paris center and the airport
Negative: Although it was noted before the reservation, the wifi was not functional

Positive: The apartment was actually much nicer than the photos suggest. It is very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfy. It was easy to contact the host. For 4 euros extra we could use the parking space. Only 3 km from Stade de France (paralympics).
Negative: We had the bad luck that the lift was out of order when we were there, so we had to walk up to the 4th floor. We had hoped it would be easier to get to Stade de France - but Paris public transport was awful, and the prices were subject to a surcharge for the Olympics / Paralypics (20 euros return pp for a 3 km journey by bus and train, with poor connections), and the info on the app was incorrect. In retrospect, a taxi would have been better - because the apartment was good and not far from the stadium

Positive: The apartment itself was very nicely done Price There us truly everything in the apartment, washer, blender, toungs, even dog shampoo
Negative: In a very shady gated comunity, did not feel safe The front doors are unlocked 24/7 Hallways leading to the apartment smelled of piss on arrival and few lights were broken DO NOT belive the location booking shows, it's wrong! Chcesk adress on google maps Close to paris only by distance, very poor connection to city center, 30 minutes walking distance from closes rer, and bus goes only ones every 15 minutes and tends to be late No real supermarket nearby, just a local no brand There is a decent bakery a apartment block away, but I found it not competetive with what the city centre has to offer The host send a request for a picture of ID, do not give it, it's not safe to send ID lictures in any kind of way! If he wants to check you, make it in person
