Positive: Yes, I am Super Sr Citizen, I always eat less hence special thanks to Shef Mr. Dhirendra, who personally came n enquired my requirement of type of food & quantity. I really appreciate the services provided by restaurant staff & also the reception staff. Thanks to all
Negative: Every thing was better than the 8/9 hotels I stayed in last 15 days 10 May to 25May 26, while touring Uttarakhand.

Positive: We did not have breakfast.We had dinner on 12 th night.Dinner was not of good quality. On phoning from the way the lady staff(Pande) informed that their is no confirmation of our room and disconnected the call.I had to then book again through Ease my trip.com.We were two persons.Only one bath towel in room.Phoned housekeeping (200) for 2 bottles of water at 9 PM.No water came.Room fan regulator working either very slow or very fast .
Negative: Firstly reception staff can be better as they are not advising customers properly Had to book room twice as told that their is no booking through booking.com .Telephone calls are disconnected midway without giving full information.Room service not good.water bottles did not come when ordered..Food quality poor.
Summary: Stay Comfortable excepting for the above deficiencies.
