Positive: This is a perfect apartment for a family or a small group of friends. It is a clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house is located in a quiet area of Kaprun, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. From there, you can reach the town center and all the ski lifts with just a few stops. The apartment also offers free access to a shared sauna and a room for storing skis, bicycles, and other equipment. The owner is friendly and helpful.
Negative: I have only positive things to say. My experience was excellent, and I have no complaints at all.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this house for five nights. Mr.Martin was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our experience even better. The house was spotless, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed with beautiful View on the mountains . We also received a Summer Card as part of the stay, which added great value and allowed us to enjoy many activities in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this place!

Positive: Everything is amazing .Location is perfect, the apartment is wide , clean . The furniture is comfortable and clean . Martin was always available for any assistance before and during our stay. Really appreciate his patience and honesty. I highly recommend you to book it.

Positive: This place is beyond phenomenal. The location is perfect since it is away from the center noises. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. The host, Mr. Martin, was an amazing person. Even though we did not meet him in person but he was there via SMS whenever we need anything. He was so hospitable host. If I ever come back to Caprun or Zell am see, this place would be my choice. We got lucky since it is fully booked during summer and then winter. ๐Ÿ˜ Thank you Martin from my family and myself.
