Positive: The location of this property on the Genoa River between the Princes Highway and Mallacoota, makes is a very unique place to stay. The view from the balcony is wonderfully quiet and tranquil and inside the split level property is spacious and enjoyable.
Negative: Due to the location, the Wi-Fi was hard to connect to and very, very slow. Despite help from the manager it wasn't worth bothering with. Also we found the steps and path from the car park to the apartment a bit treacherous for our 70s mobility.

Positive: The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, well equipped and with lovely views over the water. The gardens were a beautiful selection of well maintained native plantings and although we didn't use the pool, it did look clean and inviting. We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the deck of our apartment. The manager Steve was friendly and helpful.
Negative: It was very disappointing that their website was not up to date, which listed a full menu and costs of breakfast and lunch hampers and meal options. We arrived with absolutely no food, expecting to be able to source everything on the property. The manager had no idea that the website still advertised food and after speaking with his tech guy the following day, this was removed. We had to drive back into Mallacoota (where we had just come from) to buy all our supplies. My treat of not having to prepare any meals was quashed!!
Summary: A quiet and peaceful two day stay in a beautiful setting.
