Positive: Ok, so this place used to be some inustrial building adapted now for a holiday home. It is quite spacious, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large open space on the ground floor, good to sleep 10+ people Village is quiet, nice place to stay and not far away from the beach and Perpignian. also we were able to leave our bikes inside Kitchen is rather well equiped, oven, 4 hobs, huge fridge, some pots... Washing machine and dryer, iron - that's more that we were expecting Considering the price, I still consider this very well equiped place

Negative: Well, looking at the details the place could see quite some improvement Terrace upstairs needs some work - floor was crumbling upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but you may open just one window tried to open window on groundfloor and it almost fell of the hinges Still, looking at the price, I can accept these drawbacks

Positive: Contact with Gite Fatima was good and the owner arrived promptly after our arrival at the property. The shared kitchen/dining/lounge space was large and fully equipped. The private bathroom was clean and a better option than the shared facilities.

Negative: One of the beds was simply a mattress on the floor. Be prepared for other guests having timetables rather different to your own, as sound carries!

Positive: Very nice and interesting building and surroundings. Theza is a great little town. Lot of history. Big and beautiful park. Bathroom was modern and comfortable shower. Very nice kitchen with everything you need , lot of nice tea and coffee. You can wash clothes here. We also appreciated that the dog was welcome , even though it was not allowed. But according to booking.com it said it was allowed. I hope they change this in the system if the don’t want any pets there. We had to drive to another town and take out money from ATM to pay because the terminal did not work. It was a bit stressful but the owner apologized several times, so that was okay.

Negative: It was very cold in the whole house. This was early in January. It was a mess on the balcony and much dust. Beds not so comfortable.
