Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The terrasse which enjoyed the evening sunshine with its panoramic views was superb. The BBQ was a bonus. The swimming pool although a steep walk down to it was nice and had exceptional views of the river and gorge. The meals in the restaurant were excellent. The gîte had everything required for a comfortable stay.

Negative: The shower room was too small and needs updating and renovating. The ceiling in the bedroom was very low and wouldn't be practical for someone tall. We couldn't open the windows in the bedroom to allow air flow. The Gîte was adequate but is in need of work to make it a better quality of finish. But most of our time was spent outside.
