Positive: We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is very clean, modern and inviting. Giulia is friendly and very welcoming, a great host. She was also happy to share recommendations, including the local pizza place which is something we really appreciated - thank you! The room is set in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by rolling hills and cattle. Also, only a short drive to the next town, Canungra. It is worth noting that the location is remote and there is no internet (as far as I know). For us though, this was a part of the charm.
Summary: All in all, a very good place to unwind and enjoy the quite!

Positive: Stayed here for a short escape from the Gold Coast and it worked out really well. It’s close enough that you don’t have to drive forever, but far enough to feel like you’re actually out in nature for a day or two. The place is pretty central for exploring the area. From there you can easily get to some beautiful natural spots around, rock pools, waterfalls, and nice little nature areas. The room itself is exactly what you pay for. It’s a budget place, and that’s what you get, nothing fancy, but fair for the price. Not more, not less. If you’re looking for something simple and affordable, it works well. Julia and David were very friendly hosts. It’s also a very low-impact kind of stay, relaxed and easy. If you feel like it, you can interact with their two little goats and the cows, and just spend a pleasant afternoon around the property. Overall, a nice and simple nature getaway without having to go too far from the Gold Coast.
