Negative: Loud music, we knew it's gonna be like this and were ready for it. Before 1 am you'll probably won't be able to sleep.

Positive: The property is in a very good location. It is too close to the marina and right in centre of old town. You can roam around till late night and just walk back to the hotel. Hakkan the owner of the property is very well mannered , always available and very helpful. I think he is an awesome host and i would recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation
Negative: The AC was not working at full capacity and wifi was slow but considering this as a budget hotel I think this is manageable
Summary: Good location, welcoming host and budget friendly. Good for bachelors and young couples

Negative: Shower in the room soaked everything in sight, furniture was very dated. When we went for some lunch the next day, there was no staff came to take our orders, so we left.

Positive: The owner and staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful 💚 The place is located in the old town center and downstairs bar has authentic atmosphere. Very reasonable price! I would definitely consider to stop by next time ill be in Turkey.
Negative: Water pressure was not sufficient, almost impossible to shower or flush the toilet. Also one mornig we discovered a fat cockroach in the bathroom. low WiFi signal. But overall pretty decent place.

Positive: This review based on the Same type of property/Same price band Excellent Hosts, the owner fulfilled all our requests, provided us with all information that we requested Easy Access but you have to climb moderate hill to get to the old Bazaar, or Down hill to the Hotel Lively Area, easy access to the taxi rank, good restaurants nearby, old bazaar near by and easy access to transport facilities & Shopping, hotel have a Bar downstairs & Serve bar foods
Negative: Very noisy neighbourhood due to clubs and music can go until 2am, no fault of the hotel owner, Airport taxis will have difficulty to locate the Hotel, speak to the hotel owner he will provide with the full information

Positive: Owner Hakan is the best! This is a great spot to have a lively time in Antalya. Good size rooms with all you need for a great price. You are near everything in old town which is great if you want to have a few fun nights. Mornings are incredibly quiet and it's hard to believe there are bars so close by.
Negative: Upgraded windows and doors to cut a bit of sound would be great, but for the price point you can't have everything.
