Summary: Very convenient! Clean. Friendly staff. Altitude staff very friendly and helpful. Wished Starbucks opened earlier, would’ve liked to have taken a coffee on the road since it was such a cool morning.

Summary: Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views of the glacier. Great welcome reception with cocktails and charcuterie. Room was upgraded to a glacier view through Expedia gold membership.

Summary: The hot water was not functioning at the beginning and black out for few minutes. Staff resolve the problems quickly. Room very clean with Dyson fan and hair dryer. Excellent view in room, very convenient to go for Icefield bus station.
