Summary: The hotel is great, but the service is bad. It was really annoying to be asked over and over if I was a guest, even though I donated food to the staff. To be exact, five times during one morning while I’m wearing the same outfit in the lounge. I also saw how differently they treated people of different races. And there were NO towels in the room when we arrived. When I asked for towels at night, I had to wait for an hour and remind them twice. They said they forgot while we were the only guest reaching out at 11pm. Seriously? And then I left some stuff at the hotel and I still haven't heard back from them, even though I contacted them through Expedia four days ago. I would not recommend this hotel if Jasper is reopen.

Summary: Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Glacier view room the rooms are clean modern and the view is spectacular we were blessed with amazing weather. All staff went above a beyond and were very personable. I would definitely recommend for 1 night only as the dining options are not good. Avoid the Altitude at all costs. As you get a better view from the hotel lobby. They serve a charcuterie board a couple of drinks one Alcoholic and one alcohol free.
