Summary: We did not like the property at all. It was very dirty. Bathroom tub had grime on the sides. Floor had lots of hair from previous renters. Living room does not have AC so it was very hot. Day bed "white" cover was dirty, floors and bacony dirty. There was a small pool in the courtyard, host said we needed to pay $30 if want to swim in it. So we did not as it seemed riduculous. Extremely loud fan in the bathroom. It came on when you turn the lights on. Ac in the bedroom was so loud, we could not sleep well. One bed was so bad and made so much noise with a slightest move. I would not recommend.

Summary: The room was in a perfect location. It's a very old building and is showing it's age. The maintenance worker kindly helped us find the parking lot and got the window shutters open. That made the room bright. It has a high ceiling which also made the room feel large. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The shower dripped constantly. The coffee filter had a huge hole in it. The toaster didn’t like to work. There was no dish towel. No dish rack. Hard to clean up after yourself Location was great. As was communication

Summary: Location of the building is great. It is couple of steps away from the city center with several restaurants around. Forget about the parking. The building has no parking. If you are lucky you can find a space in the street but be very careful because most of the sidewalk spaces in front of the building are reserved for taxi and you will get fine if you park there. They have arrangements for parking in a near lot (like 4 mins walk) but you will be charged $10 daily. Room was basic. TV Roku control didn’t work (I think because of batteries) so we were unable to use it. Bathroom needs a lot of TLC. Towels were stained and there was dust and hairs in the bed sheets. We were unable to open the living room doors (didn’t know how to). and since there is no AC in that area it was not as ventilated as it should. The building entryway is poorly kept. Paint is damaged and stairs and walls are very dirty. They should really take better care of it.

Summary: The property is very old with a lot of charm. Our family of seven stayed there for a night. It is right next to a city square with a walkable and safe area. However, it is not much of a distance until the area becomes questionable. The only actual problem is the lack of available parking. You have to find a place to squeeze into somewhere on the street. Overall, we are glad we stayed there.

Summary: This was a great place to stay for my family of six; 3 adults and 3 kids. It was a bit nostalgic for me because my cousin used to live in one of those apartments before it turned into an Airbnb type of rental. We loved the balcony!!! Only a few minutes from major attractions, pubs and restaurants. The gentleman that helped us locate the keys was very helpful and polite on the phone. I just wished the entire apartment had air conditioning. There was only on AC unit in the bedroom. PR can be quite hot at the end of July!! However, it was a great stay for all of us. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family traveling to PR.
