Summary: Very unique experience camping with the comforts of being out of the weather. Hot tub was perfect to relax in the afternoon. Close to downtown Ashtabula and the strip on Geneva on the lake. Definitely would like to experience it again

Summary: We love this property! The clever idea of a glamp out with the comfort and security of a private shelter with seating, television, and games is so fun and welcoming! The added benefit of a private hot tub was the clincher of this perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The spot was private and quiet. The facilities were very cozy and a fun new experience. The hottub hadn't been cleaned upon arrival but we were able to enjoy none the less. The rest of the property was very clean, neat and inviting. We are definitely considering another stay here or with Sunset Rentals in general. Thank you.

Summary: Seriously needs some new updates and maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush. It was leaking on the floor in the garage at said there was a hair dryer could not find one or iron or ironing board. The washer did not work. The loveseat in the kitchen area had a metal bar. Really not for four people. The hot tub was less than desirable to get in. The hot tub needed some maintenance. I was imagining some OK stay but I would not recommend.

Summary: We had a nice relaxing weekend getaway over Memorial Day. It is close enough to everything. AC worked great! The hot tub was a welcome addition and everything was very clean. Our ONLY issue was the small amount of hot water. Other than that, will stay again.
