Wonderfully UPDATED LARGE 1,911 square-foot 4 bedroom 3 bathroom saltwater heated pool, fenced yard, garage vacation home!
Enjoy your private large HEATED POOL 80-85 degrees seasonally Oct 15-April 15.
Wonderful split floor plan for ultimate privacy. 4 bedrooms total, three bedrooms 2 baths downstairs and one massive master bedroom with en suite upstairs. Sofa bed sleeps 2 people in living room.
There are 2 master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms! One downstairs and one upstairs.
Perfect location - Located minutes from several wonderful, white sugar sand beaches and shopping.
Beautifully updated fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops.
Spacious living room with big screen TV with cable and Netflix/Prime. Comfy sofas and armchairs. desk. Board and card games.

Bedroom 1 Upstairs:
Large master bedroom - King bed with en-suite double sink vanity, walk-in shower bathroom and walk-in closet. Smart TV. Desk and chair. Chaise lounger.
Bedroom 2 Downstairs:
2nd Master bedroom - Queen bed with with en-suite full tub/shower bathroom and walk-in closet. Patio sliding door leading to pool and patio area. Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 Downstairs :
Queen bed and walk-in closet. Smart TV.
Bedroom 4 Downstairs:
Queen bed and walk-in closet. Smart TV.
Hall bathroom:
Double sink vanity, tub/shower. Fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, curling iron, cotton balls, Q-tips and plenty of toilet paper.
Sofa bed with queen size mattress in living room.
Our backyard has cute market lights that run the length of the fence. Be sure to turn them on at night!
Home includes:
-Washer, dryer with full sized detergent
-Fully stocked kitchen. Toaster, blender, keurig, and traditional brew coffee maker.
-Beach supplies- chairs, floats and toys
-Lots of pads, pans, bakeware
-Lots of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen soap, hand soap. Not just start up supplies like most rentals!
- Grill with propane attached and grill cooking tools
- Lots of outdoor seating and cornhole game
- Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee, coffee creamer, coffee filters, sugar, spices, cooking oil
Pool sliding glass doors have child alarms on them. Pool has a fence that can be put up for a fee of $50. ( just give us 2 days notice )
Please note swimming pool LIGHT is on a timer it runs 6pm to midnight daily

Summary: With a family of 6 with picky teens, getting a place we can all agree on is nearly impossible. This was PERFECT! It had all the little essentials (ie. Appliances, seasonings, toiletries, pool/beach items) and plenty of space for all of us. It was super clean and nicely decorated. Check in/out process was a breeze and communication with the host was outstanding! Hopeful we can make next spring break down here again!!!!

Summary: Beautiful property both inside & out, easy check in, highly responsive host, and great location. Absolutely loved that all 3 bathrooms were stocked with the essentials, tons of beach towels provided, Beautiful kitchen with all the essentials provided making cooking an easy option and best of all this is a dog friendly property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again.

Summary: We were group of 8 (adults) stayed at the property for 3 nights. The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with few surprise gifts. I have stayed at many properties and this one is by far the best when it comes to interior decorations. The house had all the amenities - kitchen was well stocked, air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable, TV/Wifi instructions were good. The swimming pool was perfect - the water temperature, lights were perfect. Couple of minor issues, the security camera in the swimming area made us feel little uncomfortable. It was very difficult to keep the flame up in the BBQ grill (due to location and the wind) Overall it was an awesome stay. Sandy is a great host. We will definitely consider this propery for our future visits to Tampa.

Summary: Everything about the place was as advertised. It was decorated very tastefully and welcoming and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We loved spending time at the pool and the backyard. There was a plenty of space in the kitchen or in the family room for party of 8. Most importantly it was very clean. We definitely will rent it again.

Summary: This house was everything we could have hoped for and more. The pool was sparkling clean. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was fully stocked from top to bottom with everything we needed. The manager was in contact with me throughout making sure we were good. I highly recommend this property and I look forward to booking it again.
