Positive: Perfect apartment for two. Simple but had everything we needed including a lovely sunny terrace. Fantastic location close to beach, village centre, tavernas and local bakery. Popi was an amazing host who made us feel extremely welcome and accommodated our every need.

Positive: As reflected in my rating, this stay met all my expectations - and then some. It became the perfect base for my hiking "expeditions" to the mountains of Crete. Access to a washing machine is a valuable extra.
Negative: Really nothing. This place simply did the trick for me.

Positive: I’ve stayed in this village around 5 times now, and I think I’ve finally found one of my favourite places, love this little area with its small rustic beaches and it’s near to the restaurants in the evening Loved the shady balcony overlooking the sea, and the coffee machine meant I didn’t need to go out and get my morning coffee, though there is a nice bakery a few minutes walk away Met the owner who was lovely, she brought me some cakes as it had been her daughter’s birthday the day before. Great little place!

Negative: A slight problem with the lights in the first apartment but Popi moved us to a different one which was more expensive, free of charge

Positive: Check-in time is 3 PM however we arrived on the ferry early, and the host was happy to check us in at 11 AM. She is very attentive and hospitable, she was very willing to get us anything that we needed for our stay. She also suggested sites to see in things to do while we were in the area. The apartment was newly renovated and is the perfect size. The location is right down at the harbour and is very lovely. I would recommend this property for anybody that’s in the area. If I could give it a rating of 12 out of 10, I would.

Positive: I loved my stay in Paramonas, as it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. The apartment was ideally located, with the beach just steps away and the village providing everything I needed, even as the season was winding down. Having a car allowed me to explore the island extensively, but I always appreciated coming back to the peacefulness of Paramonas. The host, Popi, was fantastic — kind, attentive, and always in touch to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect base to discover the beauty of Crete while enjoying a quiet, welcoming atmosphere.
Negative: There isn’t much to dislike, if you want more of an evening, village entertainment, then the time of year I was there, would not be the best time. Oct/Nov.

Positive: Our stay took place from 29.09 until 08.10. Wonderful landlord. If something lacks she's yours to help. Communicative, and very helpful in everything! This year it was a smaller balcony flat, but still cosy and satisfying. Popi can even make your vacation weather suitable, if you ask her. Great place to stay, very close to old centre of the village/town, close to the shops and taverns. Couldn't be closer to the sea. Many cats around, so make them fed, pet them, and become their god.
Negative: We hiked in the mountains frequently, hoping to feed goats, but no luck this time. Just heard them on the slopes. This was the only thing beyond Popi's control.
