Positive: I had the best experience ever in Istanbul! Mohammad, Arda, Barsh, and all the staff members were incredibly nice, polite, and supportive. They were very approachable and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Positive: The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The room was well equipped with quality bedding. I loved the fact that there is a gym, however they could stock it with some towels and water for patrons. Breakfast was exceptional, both the food and the service! I arrived on my birthday and they made it special by sending up cake and some drinks 😊
