We are located at V93 XY01 on a country road with no footpath or lighting. Use of a car or taxi is advisable. The Guest house has a patio seating area and all guests rooms have scenic views of woodland or river. The bedrooms are individually decorated and has private bathrooms with toiletries. Rooms also offer satellite TV, WiFi and seating area. Breakfast served daily with freshly brewed Arabica coffee, loose-leaf breakfast tea and a buffet table with homemade breads, yogurts, preserves, honey, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits and juice. A cooked to order breakfast is also available. The conservatory has a honor bar system and complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea and biscuits for our guests. There is also a CD music collection, library and classical movies on DVD for guests to enjoy. On arrival guests are given a 10 minute introduction to the Country House, the area of Killarney and County Kerry. Gleann Fia Country House is just a 10 minute drive from the shores of Lough Leane, Muckross House and the National Park.

Positive: Nice and quiet location, the owners friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with a great selection of local products. The room was a good size. Clean, big, bright bathroom. Lots of mirrors:)
Negative: Lack of tea/ coffee facility in the room. The bed was a bit small. The douve was too warm for this part of the year. Overall too overpriced for what you get.

Positive: I absolutely loved my stay! The location is just outside of town but close enough to walk in if you’d like. I really enjoyed being in the countryside. The room was great and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with everything homemade or locally sourced. Connor also helps you plan your day, which is perfect for getting recommendations from a local. In addition, they will keep your luggage for you if you are exploring on your last day. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Positive: What an amazing experience. Conor and Bridget are a wonderful couple who welcomed us into their glorious country house hotel and provided invaluable advice regarding our planned Ring of Kerry excursion and where to eat in Killarney. Everything was perfect. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a fabulous night’s sleep. The lounge with books to borrow, is comfortable and welcoming, and the well-stocked bar area was a nice ending to each evening. The breakfast was all locally produced and was my favourite so far. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.
