Positive: Great location. Clean apartment

Negative: Walls are extremely thin between apartments. Could hear every move the next door and downstairs neighbors made. Parking spot was severely hindered by a bush that scratched my car. Was charged a $200 security deposit within 10 minutes of booking (which was meant to be refunded 24 hours after checkout) 76 hours later I am still waiting for the refund(no damage to unit done)

Negative: bathroom exhaust fan was loud and noisy, a bit scary I happened to have knee pain so having to climb the stairs was not great.

Summary: wonderful stay, convenient to shops, beach and cafes.
