Positive: I will say the cleanliness is a HUGE improvement from what it was in past years. I always wipe down my hotel rooms when I travel with disinfecting wipes/towels/sprays and the room appeared to be clean (nearly no visible dirt on the cleaning cloths). The little travel pack they added to the room was a nice touch and the staff member I interacted with was very friendly.

Negative: When I arrived, I had to wait quite a bit for the owner to come open the office. She did explain that she was ill and asleep in her living quarters on the property, but that was a bit unprofessional. After she checked us in, we went to the room and it was not ready- the beds were not made and stuff was everywhere. We couldn't change our clothes for the event we were in town for, so we left. Upon our return later that evening, the room was in order, but we did not have a trashcan. The bathroom door in the room did not close and there were no facial tissues. Also, a gentleman who was clearly intoxicated, roamed the walkway half of the night moaning loudly while a card game with several people was taking place outside of the room doors. It is the only inn in town, so you do not have much of a choice if the Air BNB is already booked.

Summary: The Glennville Inn- better than the past, but room for improvement.

Positive: The staff was great! Lesley scrambled to make sure we had everything as we booked from the road and arrived really soon after that. We even found a super cute comfort pack in our room, along with candies and a cute gift. The room was spacious and clean. We found the Glennville Inn through a list we were given at the Georgia Tourism center when we hit the state on our way through to Florida. All in all, a nice stay with nice people who are trying to build up a great hotel, a little at a time. Go and help them!

Negative: We didn't need breakfast so we were all set, but the coffee makers that are coming soon will be much appreciated!

Summary: Good value in a convenient place run by decent folk who want the best for their customers.

Positive: The staff was super friendly and ready to answer any questions I had! Very close to everything we were going to. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! They were also in the process of getting new furniture!

Negative: The website definitely needs to be updated because it shows free continental breakfast and they didn’t even have a place for it. The WiFi never connected even though it was supposed to offer free WiFi. The overall facilities needed work.
