Summary: A wonderful view and experience of Liguria with plenty of opportunities to breakfast with a view! This place is unlike anywhere i have stayed before in Italy or anywhere else to be honest.

Summary: We booked Gli Ulivi do Montalbano to have access to Cinque Terre . Accommodation was as expected. Clean and apartment well maintained. the view despite rain and clouds was amazing. We had some trouble finding our way up the mountain to our accommodation the first day only. A few good restaurants in the area and a small grocery store. We were given great advice and guidance during our stay. Short car ride to train station to access CinquecTerre. Would certainly recommend!

Summary: had a very nice stay at the hotel, as i arrived, they welcome me with a warm smile,and showed me the places that i can visit,, they even gave me fresh tomatoes and fruits.,,the place very quiet,,u can only hear the birds chirping,,

Summary: We had a great vacation in this wonderful place. We had everything that we needed.Adelmo and his son are very warm and hospitable people and did everything to make sure our vacation was outstanding.They gave us excellent instructions where to go and what to see. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Summary: This hotel is up in the mountains and has a beautiful view of the city. It is peaceful and quiet . We stayed in a studio apartment which didn't have a balcony. Not all the rooms have balconies. Our room had a kitchen , flat screen tv etc. The wifi worked well. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We got lost getting there even though Adelmo had sent us directions beforehand. Adelmo and his wife are really nice and will help you plan out your trip and give you maps. There are lots of nice places around as well as cinque Terre. The Coop supermarket in town has free two hour parking and wifi etc.

Summary: The location outside the city, but on the top of the high hill above La Spezia - with very nice view on the mountains. But there is not so much to do nearby ( no restaurants , cafe, etc). It has a nice pool - very good for the kids . The staff is very helpful. As a family we enjoyed the short stay.
