Summary: We loved everything about it , location , clean , staff was awesome stuff was sent to wrong email but they got it all fixed & straightened out. Loved that we had a washer & dryer , especially with kiddos. Kids loved the pool & we all enjoyed the resterant next door Ted’s Bulletin it’s a must to eat there everything was delicious!! When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The place was great for what we needed. Full size refrigerator, washer and dryer. It was a very nice little place. My only complaints were that they did not have us added to the Latch system when we got there, which was after the 4:00 check in time. And we called to ask for trash bags and a spatchula (only non stick kitchen pots/sheets but only metal spoons in the kitchen) and we were told they couldn't help us because it was the weekend and to ask the downstairs desk for some bags, and that they would have to check to see if a spatchula was available. I asked for bags downstairs and they laughed and said I was given the wrong information and they could not help me. Eventually someone brought us trash bags but we never did receive a spatchula.

Summary: The apartment was clean , however the furniture was damaged and one of the drawers could not be opened on the night stand. Check in time was delayed by 30 minutes and there was no communication of the delay. One of the employees also entered the room 30 minutes before the check out time.

Summary: As long as you are not confused about this being a hotel, then you are fine. We received clear instructions and the appartment was perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen could have a little few more utilities, but we managed anyhow. The pool area was nice with lifeguard, but without services. We bought a bottle of wine at the nearby CVS and enjoyed sitting on the rooftop with a perfect view to the Capitol.

Summary: Overall a great place to stay. Great location and building. Unit is nice but aging and water pressure in bathroom is weak. Garage parking in the building is not "in and out." You have to pay each time you leave. There is a cheaper lot around the corner where you may be able to do limited in and out for a few days.
