-HOT TUB. -Basement and Garage don’t included in the rent. It have the separate entrance and some maintenance staff could be there. -The pool is available May till October.
Please note that you have to be 25 or over for check-in. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Pets ARE NOT allowed in the property. ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $1000. If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the Villa or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. * NO PARTY POLICY The house is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The property is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the villa. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
