Summary: Instructions for check in were inaccurate to some degree and qr code didn’t work in parking garage(no cell service). Beyond the rigamarole, clean comfy place. Check out was less of a hassle (simply leave keys on kitchen table) but then parking level was not accessible from elevator. It’s a long way to walk to car when you’re hauling a bunch of stuff by yourself.

Summary: we arrived later then we expected due to unforseen circumstances, so the only thing missing from the check in instructions was the code to enter the building on yonge street to access the elevator to get down to the parking garage and retrieve the keys from the lockbox. we had to call the concierge to let us in after proving the other instructions we had to enter. i would say the parking situation is a bit difficult. i imagine if u were on your own with a car parked inside 2 anndale building, once u put back the key in the lockbox in the yonge street building there is no way to enter back into the 2 anndale parking lot without a fob to retrieve your car. based on the reviews from others this is the most difficult annoying part of the stay. Other than that everything was great!

Summary: Very difficult to get admittance to this apartment location. The communication and procedures where so difficult we won’t be coming back to this property and have us a bad taste to want to rent our apartment units through these kind of platforms.

Summary: Not enough signage directing where everything is. Only one fob and only 1 parking spot for 3 ppl, had out of towners. also u couldn’t use the jacuzzi or sauna with one fb since there is everything locked and needs 2 fobs to get in from the men’s and women’s change room. Was frustrating!

Summary: The first floor of the building is a Whole Woods so that made it really easy to not need to go out for every meal. Parking was included. I would say the only issue was checking in as you need to just park on the road and figure out how to get into the building to collect the key fob and apartment key.

Summary: The property was well located and easy access for Toronto either by road or public transport. Access to the unit was difficult on day one and no one behind a phone, just a faceless chat on WhatAp which delayed access by 2 hours after a long flight due to the keys not being availale.

Summary: The condo itself was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. They are also very responsive to phone and email, and were helpful anytime I reached out. It loses 1 star because the check in process is awkward - having to find a key in a lockbox in the basement, and because the security deposit must be paid online using paypal or etransfer.
