Our home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Woodland. It is newly remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main floor. The side deck has a grill to use. Washer and dryer are available if needed. Canal Park or Miller Hill Mall are just a 15 minute drive away and we are within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, golfing, or hiking trails.
Extra bed is available upon request for parties greater than 4 that are charged the additional $25 per night.
Guests have access to entire home except the garage and upstairs which will remain locked with owners personal items.

Summary: This home was a nice cozy home in a nice location for getting around in Duluth. My son attends college and plays hockey at St. Scholastica, it was so nice to have a place to hang out, cook some meals and visit. I would highly recommend renting this home. We will be renting again over the next 4 years.

Summary: We had a fabulous time for our family getaway. The property was very clean and well appointed. The communication with the host was outstanding. It really couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property was just as listed. Everything was new, clean and neat and tidy. I contacted the property manager about a late arrival and she turned the outside lights on - much appreciated. The only surprise was that one of the bathrooms was in the basement.

Summary: This is a great place to experience living like a local rather than being in the tourist hub bub. Access to beautiful Hartley Park is down the street.. Great place to hike and mountain bike.

Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights the weekend of Grandmas Marathon. Very satisfied with our stay. I loved that you could tell this is strictly a rental. Perfectly well supplied kitchen and lots of extra blankets. Our bed was so comfortable! Every room had a separate floor fan which you don’t often find in rentals. Their updates are great, nice to have washer and drier. Super quiet neighborhood that was very accessible to the north shore and Canal Park. Loved it.
