5 Bedroom House in Langley

The Langley Beach House is a privately owned two story waterfront vacation home, located in the quaint seaside town of Langley. The home sits so close to the water that you almost feel like you are on a boat! You have a fantastic view from every room in the home, except for the bathrooms!
It is located just down the street from the Langley Marina where in the springtime there is a Whale Watching Tour Boat! In the summer months there are kayak & paddle board rentals and a free golf cart shuttle that will take you right up the hill to downtown, where you can explore & enjoy all that Langley has to offer!
The home has a great open floor plan with a sunken living room with large picture windows & amazing views! There is seating for 8 at the dining room table & 3 more seats at the bar, which enables large groups & families to enjoy a meal together!
There is a great sunroom with a wet bar just off the fully equipped kitchen, where there is a second wet bar. The large utility/mud room has a utility sink, washer/dryer & large dog crate for those guests that are bringing their pets!
There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen bed, sitting area & large picture windows to enjoy waking up to the spectacular sunrises. There is a powder room and a full bathroom on the main level that has a bathtub with a separate shower.
Upstairs there is 4 bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the middle bedroom, another king in the corner bedroom & a twin bed in the view bedroom. The master bedroom has its own private vanity & sink just off the upstairs bathroom where there is another vanity, sink, toilet & shower.
The home has a concrete bulkhead with stairs going down to the beach. There is only a beach to enjoy, when the tide is out. There is a newer Trex deck to relax on along with a small sandy fire pit area to roast marshmallows for s’more’s!
Please be aware the home is located near the end of a single lane dead end street, with limited parking (2-3 small cars max) and very little area to turn around.
The icemaker and water in the refrigerator and all three fireplaces pictured on the listing, are not operational.
We have recently started using VRBO’s rate recommendations, so the reservation rental rates may increase or decrease each day. Please note that we do not honor yesterday's rates.

Summary: The Beach House is sparkling clean,tidy and comfortable. The view is magnificent, indeed from every room - except bathrooms as noted in the description. Some decor is a bit dated ( living room furniture seems updated) but everything is comfortable and cheerful for a laid back vacation. The area is very quiet with the only sound coming from the waves. There is far more closet and drawer space than we could imagine using with drawer interiors so clean that we were comfortable stowing our clothes. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels are supplied. It does get hot and stuffy on the second floor, but as long as it’s not too hot of a day can be somewhat cooled down with the air conditioner. Washer and dryer are a nice amenity. Attention has been paid to safety with smoke alarms and portable fire escape ladders in all second story bedrooms. There is plenty of room to hang out inside the house and outside. Overall we’d highly recommend the house!

Summary: This home is beautiful and comfortable on the inside and out. The sunrises, mountains and Sound are a stunning view from every room! The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook. Our three generations of women thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: View very relaxing. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Only disappointment was the inability to use the fire place. The cooler nights made it quite chilly in the living room. A fire would have been cozy. For that reason, we would not stay there again. Otherwise very nice.

Summary: This home offers everything you would want in a Langley vacation. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and our favorite, wine bars! The house offers spectacular views and you will find none better anywhere else you go while in Langley. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Linens are soft and pillows are perfect (not to hard and not to soft) There is one bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs for those who don't do stairs and 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. All the bedrooms, except one upstairs with the single bed, have exceptional views. This home has everything you want in a vacation rental. Thank you for the wonderful exceptional experience.

Summary: We loved the house, there were 7 ladies and more than enough room and very comfortable. The house is right on the water and so beautiful, we loved watching the incredible sunsets and sitting around the fire at night. The only very small issue was the cable is very limited and we couldn’t get any movies or the Mariners game, my only other suggestion would be for more serving bowls and platters, with such a big house it’s reasonable that large meals will be served and serving items would be great, otherwise the house had everything that we needed and more. April our host was amazing and so responsive and super helpful to us. We will definitely back be back. The house has lots of charm and it’s perfect for a big group. Thank you April for an amazing weekend, we loved it!

Summary: What a great experience! The house is cozy and clean. Sitting right on the water below the cute historical town of Langley. With little shops and restaurants. Lots to explore! Wish we had more than our 5 days. Definitely will book longer next time. House is a winner!

Summary: This property is a gem. We can't imagine a more perfect location in Langley or a more considerate property manager. It was a pleasure to work with April. The views are truly spectacular and the community of Langley is filled with wonderful wine stores, unique art stores. There is also the incredible Langley Kitchen, Saltwater Fish House & Oyster Bar, and fun Star Store with some incredible wine finds, and the Seabiscuit Bakery. Everyone enjoyed watching the seals, eagles, heron and kayakers. It is one of the most peaceful places we have rented. Whether you seek respite and relaxation or adventure, you will find it here.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of four granddaughters, two adult daughters, one spouse and my husband and self. The sun room was perfect for the girls to do puzzles, games and the ever popular painting of shells found on the beach!

Summary: This cool old houses located on a small street right at sea level. When the tide is high it’s like being on a hose boat. Walkable to town. Great view. Bed and furniture are comfortable. Had an issue with the heat upon arrival. There property manager was very responsive and it was fixed quickly.
