Negative: The paved concrete into the property was a bit slick and almost slipped over while only walking past

Negative: No service at all. They said they would clean one time in the week, but that meant that the bedsheets were pulled straight. No real cleaning took place. Further non of the generic information was available in English…
Summary: Overal an ok stay, but the service was only online and pretty bad. Especially the cleaning service was very bad.

Positive: 15min walk from two different restaurants in two different directions, plus one on-site. Sea breeze was amazing. Taxi via DiDi app was US$42 to the airport, but we should have gotten a rental car.

Positive: It is a quiet place. Mirabu beach is amazing, the water is clear and it is not crowded. Once you arrive at the resort, you will receive by email a code to access your accommodation.
Negative: It would have been great if the restaurant was opened much later
