Summary: Beautiful location on Grand Lake. Love the little patio down by the lake and dock. The cottage is a little bit old , but that's the nature of almost all properties in the area. Had everything needed.

Summary: Great relaxing location on Grand Lake. Just a few minor details, wish we knew about a chimney on a deck and not a fire pit; the windows in the rooms are sealed closed, and wish there was a screen door to be able to open to enjoy the cool evenings. Unfortunately the fan in the living room was not working either. The small window AC unit does a good job cooling the cabin along with the stand-up fans in the room. Great place for our small family (2 adults and 1 child). Good communication with the owners. Would rent again.

Summary: Lake was beautiful and peaceful. Cutely decorated. Could use a few updates. Overall, we were mostly comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to use your cabin :)))

Summary: The cottage was very lovely. However, there was construction going on next door. One day, it started at seven o'clock in the morning one day, ten to 8 in the morning, the other two days were nine and 10. Considering the deck is only a few feet from the construction area, it was quite uncomfortable and loud with a beepy noise constantly all day long. A lot of money to pay to have a relaxating week, and none of that happened. I contacted the owners and never received any type of communication back. Very disappointing.

Summary: On July 17th, 18th & 19th there was construction going on next door. A retaining wall was being built. A lot of noise and dust blowing. Very uncomfortable. Another thing - not your fault - my niece forgot to take all the sheets and towels. I don't suppose that there is a retrieval method as of now?
