Positive: We expected a resort style place not a hotel in the community area around not clean. Did not feel Safe to walk around outside of the hotel
Negative: Staff were not friendly rarely spoke. Only exception is the front desk Vineesha and her male colleague also the chef in the restaurant. Everyone else were sad looking, never smiled or greeted anyone. I have visited India before however not Goa. Won't visit Goa again. Will stick to the other areas where people are warm and friendly.
Summary: Disappointing.

Positive: The property is excellent and staff is courteous, we had an amazing stay and overall experience. The food was great too! All in all a great value for each penny we spent.
Negative: Due to close proximity of sea, the room walls sometimes sweat due to extra moisture but the view and experience this is something that can be overlooked.
