1) Respect quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
2) Please treat this like your home and keep floors, windows and counters clean throughout your stay.
3) No parties or events
4) Put nothing other than toilet paper in toilets...we have a very sensitive system that will backup if clogged.
5) No beer pong
6) No incense or candles please and thank you.
7) Parties or any event allowing more persons than those renting the house allowed only with written approval from homeowner and may come at an additional. No one outside of the people staying are allowed without prior approval, and no more than 2 vehicles allowed (unless specified). Sadly, several renters have used my house as a party place resulting in broken items, additional cleaning and outright disrespect. If you have plans for anyone else visiting, please inquire and provide details.
The house and surrounding property are completely non-smoking
• If anything breaks, please call us right away
• If anything spills and you can’t clean it up yourself, please call us right away
• Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. Most of them, sadly, aren’t on vacation-and will let us (and occasionally their local law enforcement) know if they aren’t getting a good night’s sleep.
• Don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the house at any time, even if your guests aren’t staying the night, unless you’ve received advanced permission from us for a special occasion.

Summary: Lindsey truly embodies what it means to be a Superhost. This chalet was peaceful, cozy, and had everything I needed for an amazing stay in the Flathead Valley.She was incredibly responsive and helpful—no matter what questions I had, Lindsey was quick to reply and made sure I had the best experience possible in West Glacier.The chalet, along with the few others nearby, is set well back from the main road, so I never heard any traffic. Despite a few of the other chalets being occupied, it was still perfectly quiet. Each one feels private and tucked away, offering a calm, relaxing environment.Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Summary: Nice but could use a mirror and trashcan downstairs. The flowers were dead on our balcony but all the other cabins were beautiful. I don't think the irrigation to them was working.

Summary: We were a group of 20, ages from 7-74. We did book our 3 chalets 10 months in advance. Lindsey promptly answered each and every question and was able to accommodate changes when she could. The chalets were clean and welcoming. The wifi was easily accessed. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen utensils for cooking our evening meals. Believe me when I say we used every bed space, even a fold out couch. We were so happy to be able to just walk across and visit/make plans for the next day in each others chalet. The washer and dryer were used multiple times. This was really an ideal place for our group, plus just minutes away from Glacier.
