Clean and private 1-bedroom in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. This quiet unit is a great retreat from work or play. It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This welcoming space is completely remodeled featuring stylish decor with a cozy, home away from home feel. It has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free street parking.

This amazing apartment is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.

Additional info and a few House Rules
• The towels and washcloths are in the bedroom closet.
• For stays longer than 1 week, please let me know if you will need any cleanings during your stay. :)
• Please do not wear your shoes in the house. Place them on mat upon entering.
• If you are the last one to bed, please don't forget to hit the light switch! :) Thank you for helping to save electricity. :)
• Please be mindful and courteous of the neighbors. Maintaining a positive relationship with them is super important to me. :)
• Please wash any dishes that you use.
Smoking etiquette
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property.
• Smoking marijuana anywhere on the property is prohibited.
• Please do not burn anything such as candles, incense, etc. future guests may have allergies.
• Breaking the no-smoking rules will result in a $50 deduction from your security deposit.
• Please feel free to take a walk around our safe and well-lit neighborhood if you need to smoke.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts in the nearest trash can to help keep our area clean and welcoming. :)

• Don't hesitate to ask if there is anything I can do to make your stay a more comfortable experience. :)

Checkout instructions
• Checkout time is 11am.
• Please leave wet towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor.
• Please strip the sheets off the bed.
• Please try to tidy up before you leave and please dispose your trash bags into dumpster #1 in the backyard.
• Double check closets and drawers so you don't accidentally leave anything behind! ;)
• Please ensure that the property is locked up upon your departure.
• Please return the keys into the lockbox and make sure that the box is securely locked up!! ;)

Summary: This place was great! Super clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Weren’t there during the day much as we were out exploring the city, but it was very close to downtown, Van Andel arena, and so much more. Walking distance to a couple coffee shops was great too. Stephanie was a great host!

Summary: This property was spotless and so clean. It was perfect for a weekend stay for two adults and two dogs. We were able to walk the neighborhood and visit local restaurants and cafes.

Summary: Very easy and quick to communicate with owner. This is in a little older and not a real kept up area. We did feel totally safe in this area though. Need to know this is an older 2 story house. This is the lower unit and you can plainly hear all the walking and floor squeaking from above unit at all hours. This unit was very clean and updated but is a oldet home. Curbside appeal and entrance needs work and cleanup.

Summary: This rental was perfect for my partner and I while staying here for two nights. We both worked from this space and there was plenty in room at the table for both of us to work. We both used our hotspots on our phones to work because the wifi wasn’t the strongest for the two of us, but we didn’t mind. The kitchen was small but had all the pots , pans, and utensils you need to make meals. Stephanie was super responsive and kind! We would definitely come back!
