Summary: the elevators where down only 4 working so there where long waits for the elevator to get back and forth to room and the rooms had a stale odor

Summary: First time in Tunica. Won’t be back. Hotel, casino, etc., average at best. Just not a great place. Biloxi casinos are much nicer.

Summary: It was just a solo weekend getaway, so I booked a room for the holiday weekend. I enjoyed the spa, room service, restaurant.

Summary: We have stayed here numerous times. They have changed many features and trying to keep everything new and do better than others in the area. For some reason the buffet was closed with no explanation. This is always big part of staying here. That’s why the the four instead of 5 star this time.

Summary: Our room was excellent. We tried to eat at two different restaurants that was not successful. We were seated but never waited in at the restaurant where it was sports related. We left there and went to the restaurant by the new member check in. We waited 15 minutes at least in line and some customers walked up in the other line and were immediately waited on. We then went to the Steakhouse and were very pleased. The food and the service were above expectations.

Summary: The room was nice and clean. Did double beds. Both beds were worn down on the sides. No good food. No buffets anymore. Snack fast food. Got a salad with chicken and the boiled eggs and chicken were old. Not going back to Tunica. We went to ride the boat and since Covid it hasn't come back. And that is why there's no buffets. They do have buffet on weekends. For $59.99 So sad.
